Parma, 1 November 2015 – Parma Calcio 1913, This afternoon at the Tardini, Parma continued its march to the summit of the Serie D Group D table after a narrow victory against Romagna Centro. (See table in the margins).
This result was a massive result for the Crociata and fans after Altovicentino and Legnano drew yesterday, and Parma was able to extend it lead at the top of the table.
After a sluggish first half, Luigi Apolloni’s boys looked rejuvenated in the second half, and were able to hold on to this important victory.
The goal that gave them all three points was scored just ten minutes after the start of the second half.
Parma’s top goalscorer, Yves Baraye scored his seventh of the campaign in the 56’ in front of the Curva Nord and the Parma fans. Mousa Balla Sowe set him up perfectly with the assist and Baraye tucked the ball away, securing all three points for Parma.
